Undiscovered Talent UK LTD is a platform for upcoming Talent which gives hope to creative people to dream big and continue to pursue their greatness.
Confirmation of a booking will be an agreed signed contract between the Client and Artist/Act before any event participation. This will be verified by the agent of Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd and filed as a legally binding contract. Lack of completion of signatures will force the booking not to be processed. We only register Artists/Acts that are UK based.
You indemnify UTUK Ltd against all claims whether monetary or Injury irrespective of the incident. You acknowledged that UTUK Ltd does not provide any assurance or insurance that covers you or any agent, relative or persons that have any connection regardless of nature to you. You acknowledged that you are recommended that UTUK Ltd has advised you to get suitable insurance.
UTUK Ltd requires that you adhere to all instructions given regardless of format. Failure to comply may result in action taken against you. Action taken is at the sole discretion of UTUK Ltd.
By registering you agree to authorise and permit to the use and replication of all forms stored and live materials relating your performance or promotion by UTUK Ltd at their sole discretion. We do not register Artists/Acts that use any form of offensive/foul language in their performance.
A £15 Administration fee will be required to confirm your registration and undertake any work provided.
The contract may be modified at any time leading up to the date of the Event as long as both the Client and Artist agree on requests. The Agent will act as the Negotiator until the date of the event completion.
DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS FROM CLIENTS
A deposit will be due within 7 days of the agreed terms of the contract to the Agent by Bank transfer or Paypal and the remaining balance should be paid directly to the Artist/Act or Agent before the Event.
If the deposit is not made within 7 days of the Contract, then the Artist/Act or Agent has the right to terminate the booking and the client may occur a late booking charge if no form of contact has been made to the Agent explaining any reasons.
The remaining balance of the booking fee must be paid at least 7 days before the event, unless stated otherwise. Failure to make payment before the Event will result in a late payment charge of £25 and the risk of booking cancellation by either the Artist/Act or Agent.
The Client has the right to cancel any bookings without being charged and get a full refund as long as we have been notified within the following time periods below:
*Between 6-3 months prior to Event - 100% DEPOSIT REFUND
*Between 3-1 month prior to Event - 50% DEPOSIT REFUND
*1 month prior to Event - 0% DEPOSIT REFUND
Please note we need at least 3 months notice for any Events if possible.
The Artist/Act or Agent has the right to cancel services at anytime leading up to the Event giving a valid reason of circumstances. A full deposit refund will be payable to the Client if we can't get a suitable replacement.
In any circumstances relating to Force majeure is an act of nature out of control which affects all parties in relation to the terms and conditions and contractual agreement set. For example: Illness, War, Terrorism, Death, Earthquake, Fire, Flood, Civil commotion, local Authority or order of government or a natural nature of disaster. The affected party will need to prove and show evidence of this nature to not occur any fees.
Appropriate equipment must be available for the Artist/Act to carry out the performance and must be checked and safe to use. This includes use of:

THE APPROPRIATE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE AND RISK ASSESSMENT SHOULD BE IN PLACE IF NECESSARY.
If you require the Artist/Act to supply their own equipment to carry out work then extra cost will apply to the booking fee.
Any changes that are required to be made on the day of the Event that are not in the contract will be the Artist decision to negotiate with the client and must inform the Agent immediately.
For any circumstances the Client, Artist, Act or Public wishes to file a complaint, this should be done in writing to email@example.com with full name of the person making the complaint. The Agent will try to find a solution to solve the issue by liaising with the people involved but the the Agent is not responsible for any of the third parties failures.
*Must have a power supply
*A safe performing area
*Have the relevant licences for the venue and live performances
*Free Parking for the Artist/Acts otherwise the Client may be liable to cover the cost.
*Dressing room/Changing area
*Must be fit and ready to perform
*No consumption of Alcohol before or during the performance.
*No use of illegal Drugs at the venue
*Always be polite to all members of staff
*Dressed appropriate for the occasion
