Frost is a member of So Solid Crew one of the pioneering Urban groups in the UK. So Solid Crew are a British UK garage and hip hop collective originating from South London. Not to be confused with Frost from So Solid Kids. Frost came some years after the groups initial success, originally forming a friendship with Lisa Maffia, The First Lady of So Solid. Frost grew up in South London himself, unfortunately getting wrapped up in gangs during his teenage years, but later going on to better his life, using his experiences to help influence others in a positive way. Around the time of the COVID pandemic, Frost done a radio interview (The El Show, Mode FM with El Formosa)  talking all things Mental Healthin Music, and about his experiences in gangs to help others through harder times in their life. Frost does a lot of work behind the scenes within the crew, one being part of the So Solid Merchandise Team. Frost has close links working with members such as Face, Mac and Harvey.
