ENTRIES
​
Before entering the competition you must make sure that you understand all the details and terms provided. By entering the competition and submitting videos you give permission to Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd to share your videos Publicly on Social Media and for advertisement purposes of competitions. You (The Act) are responsible for making yourself available to participate and attend all shows you are invited to take part in. All successful acts that make it through to the live competition must book their place with an non refundable entry fee to take part in the competition.

ENTRY FEE
​
​All acts taking part in the live talent competition are required to pay the non refundable entry fee below. Competition fees are common for most competitions, these help cover administration, overheads, promotional features and technical support for all the acts involved leading up to the competition.

CHILDREN UNDER 16
​
Children under 16 must have parental permission to take part in the online / live competition. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you are giving permission for your child to enter the competition. Parent / guardian must be present at all times during any live / online shows.
RULES AND CANCELLATIONS
​
For any reason we have to change the date of any competition that you have already entered then we will offer an alternative time and date. If you can no longer take part in the competition due to unforeseen circumstances, illness or any other reason you must let us know immediately so the producers can find a suitable replacement. You (The Act) must let us know if you use any props during any live show performance, this includes any stage objects, distinctive clothing, confetti etc.​

I acknowledge that Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd has the right to amend rules and terms to this agreement without verbal or written contact, so it's my responsibility to check all terms and conditions frequently.
MUSIC
​
Music / Lyrics / Backing Tracks must not contain any form of profanity, explicit music or references to any inappropriate behaviour otherwise you will be not be able to take part in the competition. If your music / performance has any profanity used you will be disqualified from the competition. The competition and public viewers are for all ages.
I solely understand that all composed music made for the competition does not inflict on any copyright infringements and I ( The Act ) have full permission to use the material for my performance.

ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR
We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for both our customers and staff. Abuse of any kind, including but not limited to verbal abuse, physical aggression, or threatening behaviour, directed towards our staff members will not be tolerated. Any individual engaging in abusive behaviour will be told to leave immediately, non participation in future shows, events, competitions and in severe cases, legal action may be taken.

TICKETS
​
I agree that if I'm / we are successful to make it through to the live competition we will promote, advertise and share the competition flyers and details on regular occasions and also contribute to help sell tickets to friends, family and to people who support me / us. Failure to help contribute to help sell tickets for your performance may have an impact on your place in the competition. We want you to have as much support as possible so you can enjoy the show.

Tickets purchased for all competitions are non refundable unless the result of a cancellation. You will have the option to reuse your purchased ticket for the new announced date and time for the specific event which was cancelled.

AGREEMENT
​
This agreement is in place to support you as an artist / act towards future success and growth into a major performer. Many of our contestants have gone on to TV shows such as the The Voice UK, BGT and many more just by the form or recognition, publicity and promoting from Undiscovered Talent UK's platform has to offer.

INTRODUCTION
​
Undiscovered Talent UK has provided a platform for global recognition for the Artist / Act which therefore has contributed to the future success, representation and management of any approach to the Artist named agreeing to these terms. As acting management, Undiscovered Talent UK is in lawful right to claim a commission of up to 5% of artist earnings whilst under acting management. The Artist / Act is legally in representation for one year from the date of successful applications, member sign up and all additional platform features on this website you have signed up for.

The Artist wishes to further in the development and advancement of their career as a musician, recording artist, performer and in such new and different areas as the Artist's artistic talents can be developed and exploited in Television, Competitions and other performance opportunities. In consideration of the mutual promises herein contained, it is agreed and understood as follows:

THIRD PARTIES
​
Any Third Party approach wishing to involve the Artist / Act in their future projects must be brought to the attention of Undiscovered Talent UK (UTUK) for mutual agreement and beneficial to the present terms of the agreement. Failure to do so is an act of breaching terms provided by both parties.
​
Artist wishing to sign contracts / agreements with other companies within one year from their successful application must also be brought to the attention of Undiscovered Talent UK for consent and therefore as acting management a fee of up to 5% may be included in the transfer.

CONFIDENTIALITY, PRIVACY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
​
You agree not to share the nature of the information provided and understand that it is a violation of the privacy terms to disclose such information to anyone without the consent of Undiscovered Talent UK. It's your responsibility to come to terms with the information of these terms and check that you fully understand and aware of the responsibilities. Privacy policy.

MUSIC SUBMISSION

Undiscovered Talent UK welcomes Music and video submissions only from the owner, label or management and they must be over the age of 16. If sending a link, please use a downloadable link such as Google drive or WeTransfer. When submitting, make sure your file, attachment it’s labelled with title and name of artist / act.

By submitting and uploading your music, videos you give permission to UTUK to upload, share and use solely for advertising and promoting for UTUK Music and TV on social media or any other advertising networks.

All submissions are reviewed by our team before uploaded for public viewing, promoting and we also reserve the right to reject any submissions that we feel is not suitable for our platform. Please make sure your music is radio edit / clean for consideration.

After submitting the application form you will receive an automated email receipt of acknowledgment and we will get back to you within 48hrs to let you know if your content has been successful or unsuccessful.

If your content has been unsuccessful, this doesn’t mean you can’t try again in the future. Our platform is kept to a level of standard which submission need to be of a certain quality.

1. About Us
Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd is a platform that supports and showcases emerging talent across the UK. We connect individuals with potential opportunities in the entertainment, arts, and creative industries.
2. Eligibility
To register as a member, you must:
• Be at least 16 years old, or have written parental/guardian consent if your using for a younger person. Consent form
• Provide truthful and accurate personal information during registration.
• Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable UK laws.
3. Registration and Membership
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share your account or allow anyone else to access it.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject membership applications at our discretion.
4. Member Conduct
By joining our platform, you agree not to:
• Upload misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
• Spam or solicit other members or external contacts through the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these rules.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
• You retain ownership of all content you upload to your profile, including photos, videos, and text.
• By uploading content, you grant Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and promote your content in connection with the platform and its services (e.g. promotional materials, showcases, or social media features).
• You confirm that any content you upload is original, or that you have the rights or permission to use and publish it.
6. Opportunities and Engagements
• Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd may promote or facilitate talent opportunities including events, casting calls, or collaborations.
• We do not guarantee employment, income, or selection for opportunities.
• All agreements or contracts between members and third parties (e.g., casting agents, promoters) are independent of Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd unless explicitly stated.
7. Fees and Payments
• Basic membership may be free; however, premium features, events, or services may require payment.
• All fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase or registration.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for any transaction fees, taxes, or charges that apply.
8. Platform Changes and Availability
• We may modify or discontinue parts of the platform at any time without notice.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.
• We are not liable for data loss or service downtime.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
• Your personal information will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy
• We will never sell your personal data.
• You may request to access, amend, or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
10. Termination
• You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that harms the platform or its members.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd shall not be liable for:
• Any loss of income, opportunities, or reputation arising from your use of the platform.
• Any third-party content or external links accessed through our site.
• Any disputes between you and other members, clients, or third parties.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after such changes indicates your acceptance.
