Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd – Talent of the Year Nomination
By submitting a nomination to Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd’s Talent of the Year award, you (the nominator) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
• The nominee must be a UK resident and fall within the criteria defined by Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd (e.g., emerging artist, creative, or performer with limited mainstream exposure).
• Nominations must be submitted by individuals aged 18 or over.
• Employees or direct partners of Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to be nominated.
2. Nomination Process
• All required fields in the nomination form must be completed in full.
• Each individual may nominate only one candidate per award cycle.
• Nominations must be received by the published deadline; late entries will not be considered.
3. Accuracy of Information
• All information submitted must be accurate, honest, and verifiable.
• Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd reserves the right to verify details and request additional supporting information.
4. Selection Process
• Nominations will be reviewed and assessed by a panel of independent judges appointed by Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd.
• Selection criteria may include talent, creativity, impact, growth potential, and public engagement.
• The decision of the judging panel is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
• All nomination data will be handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR.
• Information provided will be used solely for the purposes of award consideration, unless explicit permission is granted for other use.
6. Publicity & Media Consent
• By submitting a nomination, you grant Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd permission to use any submitted content (e.g., photos, testimonials, videos) for promotional and award-related purposes.
• If selected as a finalist or winner, the nominee may be required to participate in promotional activities, interviews, or public appearances arranged by Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd.
7. Disqualification
• Any nomination found to contain false information, or submitted in violation of these terms, will be disqualified.
• Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd reserves the right to disqualify individuals who bring the company or competition into disrepute.
8. Award Changes or Cancellation
• Undiscovered Talent UK Ltd reserves the right to amend the award process, selection criteria, or timeline at its discretion.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the award.
