Introduction
Hi my name is Kade, I’m 16 years old from Perth Western Australia, I really enjoy singing different types of music, but I especially enjoy to sing musical theatre. I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Undiscovered Talent UK for this amazing opportunity of an interview they’ve provided me.
Question 1
At what age did you discover you had a passion for singing, music, performing and was there some sort of influence behind you to get started?
Answer
I've been singing since I was about 7 years old and one of my biggest influences in my life which made me start singing would have to be my nana. One time when I was younger, she heard me singing and she goes “you should try singing and give it a go” and it’s led me to where I am today. So I’m really grateful for that moment I had with her.
Question 2
How would you describe the music that you typically create / sing and where does the inspiration come from?
Answer
I found over the years that I really enjoy to sing a wide range of genres, lots of different songs and artists but I’ve discovered that my passion lies within the area of contemporary, classical as well as musical theatre.
Question 3
If there was one artist in the entire world you could collaborate with, who would it be and why?
Answer
The dream artist I would love to collaborate with would have to be Michael Buble. He seems like a really nice guy and an amazing artist as well.
Question 4
Where would you like to be with your music career in the next five years and where would be your dream place to perform?
Answer
I’m currently still in school at the moment but I’d love to see where my passion takes me. Currently been receiving some amazing opportunities and I still got some to come, so I’m really excited to see what happens with those as well as as my dream place to perform it would have to be the colosseum in Rome. That would be an amazing experience for me.
Question 5
What advice would you give to someone who is thinking about starting a career in music?
Answer
The advice I would give to someone who wanted to started a music career is just give it a go but you’ve got to remember to be kind, be humble, be yourself and most importantly support others.
